can I get an increase in credit limit?
You are guaranteed a minimum
credit limit of $500 when opening
a new account with Crown Jewelers.
You may also qualify for credit limits
of up to $2000. There are two ways
you can qualify for a higher credit
limit.
1. By making higher monthly payments
on an already established account.
(For example If your average monthly
payments on your account is of $50
over the prior six months, you will
be eligible for a credit limit of
$1000). OR
2. By making higher down payments.

Can my account ever be down graded?
Yes,
if your account ever goes delinquent
we not only reserve the right to close
or place a hold on your account, but
upon your bringing it current we may
increase the down payment and/or reduce
the credit limit.
Will I receive a statement?
Yes, you will be mailed a statements
every month, however not receiving
a statement does not exempt you from
making your payments, you must always
pay on time.
When is my payment due?
There
is a minimum payment due once every
month on or before last day of every
month.
How much is my minimum monthly payment?
Your
minimum monthly payment is $25 or
5% of your account balance, whichever
is more, plus any past due amount
from prior month(s).

Where can I report change of address,
email address etc. ?
Simply
use the form provided on

Can I charge shipping, and handling
to my Crown Jewelers account?
No, at this time you must pay shipping
and handling charges, using a major
credit card at the time of check out,
or send it by mail.
What are some
of the reasons one may not qualify
for an account?
Reason for not
qualifying for an online account may
be one or more of the following

is a cell phone number.

email address to be incorrect
or is not a private email address
(used by more than one person).

of the phone numbers are not working
or could not be
positively verified.

to verify your employment.

We were unable
to positively verify that the
information on the application
is of the person applying. (do
not apply for others)

to positively verify nearest relative
information.

relatives phone numbers are the

does not allow us to contact you
at work and we must have a phone
number at your work where you
can be reached.

positively verify your social

18 yrs of age.

have an account with Crown Jewelers.

We could not
positively verify your home address.

We need an
address other than a Post office
box.
